Inspired by Director of Innovation, Antoinette Barnardo, their unique product range is a seamless blend of both science and nature, with an unwavering commitment to evidence-based ingredients. More than most, YORA is a brand that is driven by its mission. This meant product innovation took precedence during the company's earliest days, above considerations such as visual branding and marketing. To create their online store, the YORA team were seeking a partner that could not only create a beautiful and unique storefront, but one that could bring their own innovation to the brand's visual identity.

Their global- and transparency-first approach required a partner skilled at both cross-border eCommerce and custom theme development.

YORA entrusted The Working Party to make their online stores, and mission, a reality. Our design-led process began with exploratory sessions to gain a deep understanding of the YORA brand. UX design concepts of sentiment analysis and affinity mapping helped to create the UX patterns that would deliver the most engaging experience for their customers.

To promote YORA's sincere focus on transparency and empowerment, The Working Party developed custom product and article page templates to highlight key ingredients and provide a more engaging educational experience. YORA's fully-bespoke theme reflects the same care and earnest devotion that crafted the product range, helping this new brand make an exceptional first impression.

Beyond purely technical front-end development, our partnership with YORA on this project provided their team with the design and eCommerce strategy expertise to deliver a successful outcome. Post-launch, we have continued to support YORA through our Growth Programme, offering advice and guidance on best-practice eCommerce, in addition to facilitating new online functionality as the brand matures.



It almost goes without saying that they have all bases covered when it comes to design, development and optimisation on the Shopify Plus platform. They’re pros and a safe pair of hands. I’m yet to find a unique requirement that they cannot accommodate or a problem that they cannot solve, despite throwing more than a few curveballs!
