We're a hybrid-remote team across Australia and New Zealand with office hubs in Melbourne and Auckland, brought together by a shared focus on craft and a genuine interest in solving complex eCommerce problems. This model allows us to partner with the best specialists across both countries — people who've built their careers around Shopify and are passionate about the work they produce.

Bi-annual Team Days
Twice a year, we bring everyone together in person. It's a chance to connect with the people you work alongside remotely, share ideas face-to-face, strengthen the working relationships that make collaboration easier and have a bit of fun together. It's also an opportunity to step back from day-to-day work and focus on where we're headed as a business.
Single Platform Shopify Plus
We specialise in one platform and we do it properly. Working exclusively with Shopify Plus means you're developing genuine expertise rather than spreading yourself thin across multiple systems. You'll work on complex, challenging builds — headless architectures, custom integrations, enterprise-level solutions — that push your skills forward and compound your knowledge over time.
Senior ANZ-based Team
Everyone here is senior in their discipline. You're working alongside strategists, designers and engineers who've spent years mastering their craft, not managing junior teams or reviewing subpar offshore work. It's a team that values expertise, expects high standards, and gives you the space to do your best work without unnecessary layers of approval or oversight.

Senior Front End Developer
Remote & Hybrid
Experienced in writing clean, modern and maintainable HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript with a strong focus on readability, design aesthetics, and applying the right techniques. Collaborative, accountable, quality-driven, adaptable, and technically proficient in Git, REST, and GraphQL.
Delivery Manager
Remote & Hybrid
Skilled in managing eCommerce projects from planning through delivery, with strong client relationship management and budget accountability. Highly organised, precise communicator, and proficient in project management tools, calendar management, and cross-functional collaboration. Understands eCommerce best practice and thrives on ownership, clear communication, and working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Senior UX/UI Designer
Remote & Hybrid
Expert in brand-led eCommerce design with deep knowledge of Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and mobile-first thinking. Strong understanding of UX principles and UI execution with a pixel-perfect approach to quality. Passionate about fashion, lifestyle and DTC brands, with the ability to elevate brand presence online while creating compelling customer journeys that drive conversion and commercial outcomes.
