Shopify spotlight: JB Hi-Fi

As the number one Shopify Plus Partner in APAC, The Working Party have the pleasure of working alongside some of the region's most successful brands, across a wide range of verticals. One example is JB Hi-Fi, whose move to Shopify Plus has been featured on Shopify's own blog.

As Australia's most successful electronics retailer, JB Hi-Fi's online growth became constrained by their previous platform. Website troubles during the high volume BFCM period in 2018 contributed to the decision to move onto Shopify Plus.

The Working Party led the transition, and delivered a brand new website that unlocked the brand's future growth whilst retaining core user experiences such as 1-hour click and collect.

During BFCM in 2019, the site handled nearly twice the traffic from the previous year with ease — a confirmation that they had made the right decision.
