Lovisa is an Australian retailer of affordable jewellery and fashion accessories, with a now-global reach spanning 400 stores across 14 countries. The Working Party and Lovisa have worked as close partners since 2018, beginning with an original project to migrate the online store from Magento to Shopify Plus and launch the business onto eCommerce.

Since then, we have guided Lovisa through the expansion of their digital presence into 4 additional regions, with a multi-currency, multi-region strategy to provide their customers with engaging, localised experiences. Core to Lovisa’s online success has been the replication of their in-store experience online, with complex promotional pricing features, integrated click & collect and merchandising of their vast and frequently-changing product range.
