Shopify spotlight: Honey Birdette

From brick-and-mortar beginnings in 2006, Honey Birdette has grown into a global, omni-channel phenomenon. The original decision to move to Shopify Plus was made as part of a larger strategy to grow the brand internationally with localised storefronts.

The Working Party were entrusted to bring the boutique shopping experience to the brand's online audience — especially on mobile devices. Improved merchandising, performance and customer segmentation were core focus areas that have delivered continued growth and a return customer rate of around 50%.
